My Story
I am a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Leadership Consultant. For over 30 years, I dedicated myself to helping individuals and teams develop to their fullest potential in higher education and business.

I have developed and conducted training courses for higher education and industry in the areas of professional and career development, leadership development, team building, and communication. These sessions include strategic planning and goal setting, time and stress management, and personal coaching.
Additionally, I have served as an executive university administrator, presented at national and regional professional conferences, and served as a university instructor for several undergraduate and graduate courses throughout my 30-year career.

On a personal note...
I always get asked how I was introduced to CliftonStrengths...so here is my story!

I had just started a new job (20 years ago!), when my new supervisor handed me the book "StrengthsFinder 2.0." I was excited to see what this was all about. Well, it was a game-changer for me. I had done plenty of assessments, but this one was different. This one truly spoke to me in regards to my innate talents, what I was good at. It put into words what I couldn't when talking about my strengths. I used this knowledge personally and professionally for years! It was no surprise to anyone who knows me that I became a Strengths coach. It was a calling. So when the time came in my career and life to make changes, I went to London to start the process of formalizing my relationship with Gallup and the CliftonStrengths assessment. It was a dream of mine to become certified and I am so happy that I did it. It brings me so much joy to work with others and help them tap into their talents at work, at home and for everything in between. (Just ask my husband...Strategic, Analytical, Ideation, Learner, Futuristic)
